Description

Unlike many of its relatives in the Rubus genus, thimbleberry is not equipped with skin piercing thorns. The large maple-shaped leaves are soft and fuzzy, and the bright red fruit is described as delicious by many. This spreading shrub prefers part sun and will eventually expand to a small thicket.
