Tall, upright and evergreen, Bolander's rush grows in many types of wet habitat, such as marshes, beaches and meadows. The rhizomes form bunches of smooth stems up to about 30" long. Tiny brown flowers grow in spherical clusters. A lush-looking, fast-spreading rush that makes a good container plant. |
